He’s on the flight back home now, and thankfully I start work late tomorrow, so I hope to wake up early enough to whip up a “welcome home!” breakfast, haha.
Time alone has brought me many intimate moments when studying His Word and having greater focus since I’ve more time to pause and reflect on His goodness. These few days have been spent very much with my parents and with me having more hours of sleep, which I’m very, very grateful for!
Met up with parents today for a delicious Chinese lunch, and parents shared that they held their wedding in that area, so a picture for memories was a must:
I love them so much.
So, so blessed.
Oh, and during this period away from Bren, I survived the huge butterfly, a wriggly green worm, a wardrobe door almost falling off (got the repair guys to fix it today, phew!) and the shower curtain falling off too.
It is about time my husband got back.
