Brownice ice-cream – dairy-free & vegan! Takes a while longer to melt, but still very yummy.
Bren brought back Krispy Kremes from his trip!

Loved the color, and took a pic. Bren and I have been sipping on warm lemon water every morning, and it’s good detox.
Yesterday’s breakfast; Bren ate ’em all except the celery, haha. Will need to figure out how to entice his palate for that.
And this was lunch today since Bren was feeling under the weather: beetroot, orange & green apple juice + sweet potato soup + millet topped w egg, kale, spinach, chicken and a variety of good seeds – flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower… Happy that Bren finished everything!
And happier that he’s feeling much better now. It’s such a joy to bless (and be blessed) with food!
