“What a fruitful day it has been. Started out really early since my body has not completely adjusted to e Parisian timing, so I woke up at 5+am, n started looking up addresses on interesting places.
Morning was best. We headed out super early, n the streets were literally empty, except for a few here n there. Was both of our favorite time of day since it was so cooling, so quiet, n it just seemed like e whole place was ours to explore.
My favorite was hanging out at Tuileries park, enjoying e cool air n lovely flowers. There were tons of chairs around fountains for people to chill out in. Parisians sure know how to relax!
Time for dinner. Bren is hungry, tho we just had really delicious macaroons from Pierre Herme.
Off to Le Souffle! [36 rue Mont Thabor 75001]”
French breakfast, “Le petit déjeuner,” or small breakfast, is not that small for us. After a while, we decided to start sharing mains for every meal and order additional starters instead. Always so tempting to try everything that sounds good on their menu!
