I’m not one for loud, noisy parties.
Of course, there’s beauty and fun in that, but given a choice, I’d take some quiet time with my loved ones any day.
Which was why it was such a delight when Bren and I could have a super chill dinner @ Relish one evening after work.
After a day filled with meetings for both of us, and chatty kids for yours truly, it was so enjoyable to spend the evening quietly savouring our blue cheese beef burgers and salad/fries, and exchanging stories about our day.
Little pleasures.
